DOE Forecast 10 Nov 2009

US crude oil stocks are expected to increase in data scheduled for release on Thursday at 11.00 EST from the DOE. Normally the data is released on Wednesday but this week US markets will be closed for Veterans Day. The data covers week ended 6th November. Crude oil inventories are expected to rise by an average of 100k barrels as are stocks of gasoline and distillates which are expected to increase by an average of 100k barrels and 500k barrels respectively.

Analysts expect refining capacity to increase by 0.2% to 80.8%.
